Ingredients
- 60 g all purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 30 g milk
- A shot of mineral water to make them fluffy
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat a large pan and melt a little butter.
- Scoop the batter into the pan and tilt it with circular motions so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
