Miso Ramen

Ingredients for 4

  • 300 g Ramen
  • 2 chicken breasts (cut into slices)
  • 1 pack enoki mushrooms
  • 4 tsp Shiro-Miso or white Miso-Paste
  • 2 tsp instant dashi
  • 1 pack of silken tofu
  • 1 tsp chicken stock
  • 4 medium eggs (boil for 6 minutes)
  • 100 g Chinese spinach (cut in half once)
  • 2 pac choi (cut into pieces)
  • 2 garlic gloves (crushed)
  • 100 g fresh bean sprouts
  • A handful of spring onions (cut into 0,5 cm lengthwise pieces)
  • 1 dried red chili (cut into pieces)
  • Soya sauce

Method

  1. Make miso soup according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, stir-fry spinach and pac choi with garlic gloves, chili and oil.
  3. Stir-fry the chicken until well done.
  4. Cook ramen according to package instructions.
  5. Cook your eggs, peel them and cut them in half.
  6. Serve in a large bowl and add all ingredients to the Shiro-Miso soup.
