Ingredients
- 1 slice of rye bread
- chavroux for the spead
- 1/2 avocado (cut into cubes)
- 1/2 peach (cubed)
- a few mint leaves
- a bit of feta
Method
- Spread chavroux on slice of bread, place the avocado and peach on top.
- Sprinkle with mint leaves and feta.
